What is the Army Fitness Test?

The Army Fitness Test (AFT) is the U.S. Army's physical fitness assessment, replacing the ACFT. It evaluates soldiers across five events designed to measure muscular strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity.

Scores are based on your category (Combat, Male, or Female) and age group. Each event is worth up to 100 points.
